How to Spring Clean Your Bathroom
Posted on April 13th, 2016
The bathroom might not be everyone’s favorite room to clean, but it’s a spring cleaning essential! These tips will help you spring clean your bathroom and make your space spotless in minimal time.
Spring Cleaning Tips:
Dust the Vents – Use a gentle cleanser to dust the vents and fixtures in your bathroom. Clean your exhaust fan and any HVAC vents you might have in the room. Dust can build up over the course of the winter, and by thoroughly cleaning your vents you can prevent mold growth as we move into more humid summer temperatures.
Scrub the Tub – Clean your shower curtain line, wash your shower doors, and use a cleaner to clean the base of the shower.
Fix Those Leaks – Leaky faucets and shower heads can add extra wear and tear to your bathroom. Now is the perfect time to finally fix those leaks and get your bathroom in good shape for the new season.
Clean the Toilet – Take the time to scrub down the toilet. Clean the exterior of the toilet, the seat, the inside of the bowl and the handle.
Clean the Mirrors – Don’t forget to wipe down your mirrors! A microfiber cloth will help prevent streaks after cleaning.
